This training course has been designed to promote the introduction of fall arrest equipment within the scaffolding industry. It aims to raise awareness amongst personnel to;

The need to wear and use full body Harnesses and;
The change in working practices.

Employers of scaffolders and those persons who are in charge of scaffolding operations utilising traditional tube & fittings are now required to ensure that appropriate and recorded training has been carried out for their workforce in the correct use, and inspection of fall arrest equipment.
