A unique designed for managers, supervisors, surveyors and roof workers, to increase their levels of awareness to the hazards and risks people are exposed to when working on flat, pitched roofs or at height. Accident statistics in the construction industry from falls are increasing at an alarming rate!! Training people who are required to work at height, be it from steelwork, roof structures, scaffolding or other forms of working platforms has proven to be the best form of defence.
It is also your duty as an employer.
Work on fragile roofs and all the safety precautions necessary are covered in this unique programme. Course content allows candidates working in syndicate groups to identify Hazards and risks sown in an interactive DVD programme, and to bring forward safe working methods statements covering three fall situations two of which are fatal. Slides are used to show different proprietary systems available to protect people working at height.
